Blair James Builders was founded by Danielle Donahue and AJ Guralas, who came together through a shared passion for design, construction, and the process of bringing ideas to life. With professional backgrounds in commercial construction and firsthand knowledge of Bay Area building standards, permitting complexity, and client expectations, they set out to build a company that could do things differently.

The goal from day one has been to help clients turn a vision into something tangible, through thoughtful planning, honest communication, and a partnership that lasts from the earliest concept stages through the final details. Blair James believe building a home should feel organized, collaborative, and confidence-inspiring, with clients feeling informed and supported at every step.
